DANCE CHAMPS 2012 REGIONALS
Dance Champs has a new and exciting 2012 competition season planned for all of our competitors. Dance Champs is hosting a “National” level competition at each of our designated cities. We will be awarding more than $12,000 CASH PRIZES AND AWARDS at each regional competition.* Cash prizes will be awarded to the High Point routines for Solos, Duet/Trios, Small Groups, Large Groups and Productions in Petite, Junior, Teen and Senior Divisions in our Royal Champion and Grand Champion Division.*
Dance Champs is offering three levels of competition, Rising Champion, Royal Champion, and Grand Champion. The competition levels offer dancers the opportunity to compete against dancers in their same dance level experience. It also allows for more dancers to be recognized for their dancing achievement with more cash awards offered.
Dance Champs is offering a 10% rebate to qualifying studios. A minimum of $1,500 of entries, received in our office at least 45 days prior to the competition date complete with all required forms and payment qualifies your studio for the rebate. *
Dance Champs would like to invite you and your dancers to compete at our 2012 competitions. We have made several changes in our competition to better recognize the outstanding achievements of our dancers. DANCE CHAMPS will only host competitions Friday through Sunday. We know how important family times and education are, and feel that it is not necessary to pull dancers out of their educational schedule to compete.
Dance Champs is also offering video and audio judges’ critiques for competition routines.
Dance Champs is proud to be presenting more awards to our dancers, including “Champion, Excellence, Achievement, Entertainment, Most Valuable Performer (MVP) and SPIRIT AWARD
DC DANCE CHALLENGE is a mock audition for our dancers. A short jazz routine will be taught to participants; they will perform on stage and be judged. The top three dancers in Petite/Juniors and Teen/Senior Divisions will be awarded DC Cash - $25, $15, and $10.
Dance Champs is aware of the commitment each dancer demonstrates at each Regional Competition. We want to recognize all dancers for their outstanding accomplishments in the world of dance. Dance Champs is proud to be hosting competitions throughout the United States recognizing these wonderful young dancers.
